I had the opportunity to contact Mr. Utpal Sir for NEET PG Counselling. In my 32 years of public service, I have never seen a person like Mr. Utpal Sir, who is fair, a real guide, a motivator, speaks clearly, shows the right path, and gives genuine advice without any gain/profit. I wanted a seat for my daughter in the MD obs and gyne general category in the government medical college, without a bond. Mr. Utpal Sir said that I should stay till the 3rd round and take the DNB seat in Delhi in the first round; we will surely get the MD obs & Gyne seat, general category by the 3rd round, and he also said that we do not need to go to any counselor nor spend any money for advisory services. In accordance with his advisory, I prepared my own list for counseling, and we got a DNB Obs & Gyne seat in a reputed international hospital in Delhi in the first round, and as per the advice of Utpal ji, we participated in the third round and got upgraded/admission in the best government medical college, no bond, and very low fees per year. Mr. Utpal Sir is an honest, right-guiding, selfless, and real person, and such a kind of person is rarely seen in today's time. I wish a healthy and happy life for Shri Utpal ji and pray to God that he continues to guide everyone selflessly
