The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the commencement of the online application process for NEET UG 2025, the common national entrance test for admission to undergraduate medical courses in India. As mandated by the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, NEET UG serves as the uniform entrance exam for MBBS, BDS, BVSc & AH, BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BHMS courses across all medical institutions in India. This year, MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants for B.Sc. Nursing courses in Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals will also be shortlisted based on their NEET UG 2025 scores.

Key Dates for NEET UG 2025

• Online Application Submission: 07 February 2025 – 07 March 2025 (up to 11:50 PM)
• Correction in Particulars: 09 – 11 March 2025
• Admit Card Download: By 01 May 2025
• Date of Examination: 04 May 2025, from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST)
• Declaration of Result: By 14 June 2025 (Tentative)

Application Fee Structure

• General Category: ₹1700 (₹9500 for centers outside India)
• General-EWS/OBC-NCL: ₹1600
• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender: ₹1000

Processing charges and Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applicable as per payment method.

Exam Format and Languages

NEET UG 2025 will be conducted for a duration of 180 minutes (3 hours) on 04 May 2025, from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST). The test will be offered in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
